      "content": "<p>• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience and certifications will be considered.</p>\n<p>• 5+ years of relevant work experience is required.</p>\n<p>• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, Extreme Networks, VMware, Microsoft Azure/M365, or CISSP/CISM are a plus.</p>\n<p>• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS.</p>\n<p>• Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Distributed File System (DFS).</p>\n<p>• Ability to create scripts and automate tasks in PowerShell.</p>\n<p>• Familiarity with programming languages (C#, VB, .NET) is a plus.</p>\n<p>• Proficiency in VMware vSphere and vSAN.</p>\n<p>• Experience with cloud backup technologies.</p>\n<p>• Experience in a manufacturing IT environment is preferred.</p>"
