    "description_html": "<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>A both internal and external facing position responsible for leading cross-functional teams on key corporate initiatives including, but not limited to, building carrier insurance products into a proprietary Administration system and managing product requirements. Acts as the liaison between insurance carriers and operational teams for carrier-related builds, changes, reporting updates, and system needs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate insurance product conversions end-to-end, including system configuration, customer communications, data mapping/validation, timeline management, file processing, and issue resolution.</li><li>Support block takeovers and related implementation work as assigned.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of coordination between insurance carriers operations teams for product builds/changes, reporting updates, and system needs.</li><li>Provide coverage support for Product Analyst responsibilities as needed to ensure continuity of product deliverables.</li><li>Oversee production, quality checks, and distribution of claims reporting and other required ad hoc reporting.</li><li>Partner with business stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and tasks for assigned product and system change initiatives; integrate workstreams into an integrated project plan.</li><li>Maintain project documentation and artifacts in accordance with established standards.</li><li>Drive execution with cross-functional teams; track milestones and follow up with stakeholders on due dates, risks, and dependencies.</li><li>Identify process gaps and recommend improvements as issues arise, partnering with stakeholders to implement solutions.</li><li>Manage monthly and quarterly census file deliverables, including validation and delivery to carrier partners.</li><li>Coordinate monthly reinsurance file deliverables and other recurring file-based outputs.</li><li>Prepare and distribute quarterly report communications using claims and other available inputs.</li><li>Maintain and update carrier procedure manuals in coordination with internal stakeholders.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by the management team.</li></ul>",
