It’s also about how we support one another and how we show up for our community. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Together, we keep getting better - advancing our mission to transform healthcare and serve as a leader of positive change.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The <strong>Risk Management Application Analyst</strong> is integral to the day-to-day administration of the HMH Event Reporting System known internally as ONELink, serving as a resource interacting with all levels of team members within the organization.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>A day in the life of a <strong>Risk Management Application Analyst</strong> at <strong>Hackensack Meridian <em>Health</em></strong> includes:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains the ONElink event reporting system, including but not limited to the contemporary nature of users, site location lists and application configuration settings/options. </li>\n <li>Maintains the confidentiality and integrity of all information encountered during work activities. </li>\n <li>Point of contact for system issues. Conducts basic investigation and troubleshooting of end user issues. Escalates issues as necessary for resolution. </li>\n <li>Serves as a resource interacting with all levels of team members within the organization. </li>\n <li>Provides orientation and education to team members. Develops and maintains instruction and training materials. </li>\n <li>Prepares and analyzes a variety of ONElink reports and trending data. Ad hoc reports as requested. </li>\n <li>Monitors application for compliance and quality of data being entered. </li>\n <li>Identifies opportunities for system enhancements, analyzes the impact of suggested changes and collaborates with key stakeholders prior to implementing significant system modifications. </li>\n <li>Performs on-going software customization, configuration and customization. </li>\n <li>Designs and maintains application screens, forms, fields and hierarchy. </li>\n <li>Develops workflow for file creation and management. </li>\n <li>Coordinates with internal IT resources to apply updates, perform system maintenance, integrate with other systems and maintain optimal state of the ONElink platform as necessary. </li>\n <li>Travel to HMH sites as necessary. </li>\n <li>Other duties and/or projects as assigned. </li>\n <li>Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associates degree in Business, Risk Management, IT, Healthcare or related field. </li>\n <li>Minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare. </li>\n <li>Excellent technological, analytical, and organizational skills. </li>\n <li>Broad understanding of healthcare operations.</li>\n <li>Experience working with external vendors.</li>\n <li>Service Oriented. </li>\n <li>Collaborative and Team Focus. </li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to various levels within the organization. </li>\n <li>Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Google Workplace and/or Microsoft Office platforms. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Broad understanding of Enterprise Risk Management, Patient Safety, Quality and Patient Experience. </li>\n <li>In-depth knowledge of the software and functionality of RLDatix systems preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you feel that the above description speaks directly to your strengths and capabilities, then please apply today!    </p>\n<h2>Starting Minimum Rate</h2>Minimum rate of $73,153.60 Annually\n<h2>Job Posting Disclosure</h2>HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. Some jobs may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or commissions not reflected in the starting rate. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts.
