Florida regional office to implement the IAC&rsquo;s philosophy, mission, strategy, road map and goals on a local level. Implement programs and produce community events for the Israeli-American community in the S. Florida metropolitan area.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\">Oversee IAC S. Florida office programming, events, operations, finances, marketing, and other ongoing projects with the National IAC headquarters.</li></ul><p style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: georgia, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>&nbsp;Fundraising:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\">Lead fundraising efforts and be responsible for the regional achievement of fundraising annual goals. Drive fundraising in the region and take an active part in the cultivation and stewardship of new donors, as well as increase the giving of current donors.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\">Oversee fundraising strategy locally to allow the growth and resilience of the region, including planning and implementation, identifying resource opportunities from foundations, institutions, and individuals.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\">Translate strategic goals into execution plans for growth and impact. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the region to further enhance and expand the IAC&rsquo;s impact.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\">Develop council members &amp; work with the council to develop a strong IAC lay leadership.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\">Drive council towards action and lead meaningful development efforts.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\">Provide leadership development, hold execution to the highest level, and guide the team.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\">Execute and promote the IAC goals and lead the execution of programs and events in the regional office to implement the IAC&rsquo;s philosophy, mission, strategy, and goals on a local level.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\">Build strategic relations among Jewish and pro-Israel organizations to drive support and collaboration.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\">Hire, train, support and supervise professional staff for the S. Monitor adherence to set budgets and the organization&rsquo;s procedures.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\">Build a sustainable business plan for the chapter for years to come.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\">Represent the IAC and the Israeli- American community in various forums.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2;\">Oversee the production of large scale activities and event in greater S.
