This role independently manages patient care, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, while working closely with a collaborative clinic team for support. Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Clinical Procedures: Perform procedures and other clinical duties in accordance with the scope of practice and protocols.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborative Practice: Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Chronic Disease Management: Manage and monitor chronic illnesses, providing ongoing care and education to optimize health outcomes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Health Promotion and Disease Prevention: Implement and participate in health promotion, disease prevention, and health education activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential health records.
