The SME will collaborate with the sales organization to deliver impactful product training, develop tailored application solutions, and provide technical support to customers, while also partnering with the Product Management Team to ensure product development aligns with evolving market demands. This role offers location flexibility within the United States and reports directly to the Americas Sales Director.</p><p><strong>In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Drive order growth into new and diverse markets for Actuation Technologies.</li><li>Strengthen distribution channel partners’ proficiency in selling and servicing electric actuators through varied training formats.</li><li>Develop MRO business by demonstrating the installed base via regular site visits and walk-downs.</li><li>Capture customer and competitor intelligence to generate sales leads and displace competition.</li><li>Accelerate growth through obsolescence planning, upgrades, retrofits, and competitive displacement programs.</li><li>Promote Actuation Technologies’ products, solutions, and services by participating in trade shows, fairs, and conferences.</li><li>Support field service teams with testing, troubleshooting, disassembly, repair, and reassembly of electric actuators.</li><li>Collaborate with Internal Sales and product support teams to ensure customer satisfaction, represent the voice of the customer, and uphold business ethics, Go Boldly culture, and trade compliance standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Who You Are:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>You deal constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes.
