It’s exciting, it’s rewarding, it’s hard work and offers career and personal growth.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Program Manager is responsible for leading the successful launch of product releases and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and delivery of high-quality outcomes. This role combines strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, governance, and operational execution to drive predictable, on-time, and within-budget delivery.  The Program Manager partners closely with Product, Technology, and business stakeholders to translate roadmap initiatives into executable programs, manage cross-functional dependencies, mitigate risk, and provide transparent reporting to senior leadership.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>1. Project Initiation & Planning</p>\n<p>· Partner with stakeholders to translate roadmap and strategic initiatives into defined programs with clear goals, scope, deliverables, and success metrics</p>\n<p>· Confirm commitments, assumptions, and constraints</p>\n<p>· Define governance structure, processes, reporting, and operating cadence</p>\n<p>· Obtain required approvals and manage program milestones</p>\n<p>· Monitor scope changes and ensure adherence to agreed plans</p>\n<p>· Influence and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>2. Program Governance & Communications</p>\n<p>· Serve as the primary program lead and day-to-day contact for senior stakeholders</p>\n<p>· Provide transparent reporting on schedule, scope, risks, and overall program health</p>\n<p>· Deliver weekly program updates and executive-level reporting</p>\n<p>· Maintain alignment between program execution and strategic objectives</p>\n<p>· Act as the primary escalation point for issues</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>3. Risk & Issue Management</p>\n<p>· Proactively identify and assess program risks</p>\n<p>· Develop mitigation strategies and escalate appropriately</p>\n<p>· Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for major issues</p>\n<p>· Implement corrective actions and strengthen processes to prevent recurrence</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>4. Continuous Improvement</p>\n<p>· Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in program delivery practices</p>\n<p>· Strengthen governance tools, templates, and reporting frameworks</p>\n<p>· Improve use of project management systems and technologies</p>\n<p>· Promote best practices across teams</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· 5+ years of hands-on project or program management experience</p>\n<p>· Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives</p>\n<p>· Experience in technology, product, or services environments preferred</p>\n<p>· PMP, PMI, or ACP certification considered an asset</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Skills & Capabilities</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Leadership & Collaboration</p>\n<p>· Strong relationship builder with ability to gain trust across functions</p>\n<p>· Skilled at influencing without authority</p>\n<p>· Able to align diverse stakeholders around shared objectives</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Execution Excellence</p>\n<p>· Highly organized and detail-oriented</p>\n<p>· Skilled at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously</p>\n<p>· Strong grasp of scheduling, dependency management, and milestone tracking</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Communication</p>\n<p>· Clear and confident verbal and written communicator</p>\n<p>· Comfortable presenting to executive audiences</p>\n<p>· Proactive in follow-up and issue resolution</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Quest</strong></p>\n<p>At Quest, your work makes an impact.
