Applicant must be passionate about residential based projects and appreciate modern design.</p><p><u>DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):</u></p><p>&bull; Prepare complete and accurate drawings, layouts and details according to direction provided by other members of the team</p><p>&bull; Prepare construction documents, and city submittals</p><p>&bull; Carry out design/drafting assignments of a moderately complex nature using initiative and independent judgement</p><p>&bull; Prepare layouts, drawings and details according to direction provided by other members of the team</p><p>&bull; Coordinate bidding and construction documents with Construction Team</p><p>&bull; Explore/Research current trends in residential + multi-family projects</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>EXPERIENCE</u></p><p>&bull; Highly Proficient in Revit and Bluebeam</p><p>&bull; Proficient in AutoCAD, Enscape, Microsoft Office, and SketchUp</p><p>&bull; Degree/Certification in Architecture or equivalent professional experience</p><p>&bull; Minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience</p><p>&bull; Ability to read and understand drawings of all disciplines</p><p>&bull; Understanding of Residential construction and detailing</p><p>&bull; Knowledge of latest building codes and regulatory requirements</p><p>&bull; General understanding of building detailing + planning</p><p>&bull; Excellent communication, team building, resource management and conflict resolution skills a must</p><p>&bull; Familiarity with commercial construction and code is a plus</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
