Ensures clinical skills meet high standards through continual educational opportunities. Serves as a resource to assist with other departmental aspects.</p>\n<p>Job Requirements:</p>\n<div>\n <p>Education and Work Experience:</p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent.</li>\n  <li>Five years' technical experience: Preferred</li>\n  <li>Two years' leadership experience: Preferred</li>\n  <li>One year's experience in an acute care facility: Preferred</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <p>Licenses/Certifications:</p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice: Required</li>\n  <li>Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <p>Facility Specific License/Certifications:</p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <p>Essential Functions:</p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Provides clinical and professional mentorship to department staff members.</li>\n  <li>Acts as a departmental clinical resource, especially in the absence of coordinators and managers.</li>\n  <li>Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines.</li>\n  <li>Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention.
