Based in our Chanhassen location, you will work on 1st Shift (M-TH; 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM; F 5:30 AM – 12:00 PM) and have an opportunity to apply your troubleshooting skills to perform maintenance and repair of sophisticated production machinery and mechanical equipment.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Keeping Safety as the primary goal while working in a production environment.</span></li><li><span>Practicing safe work habits using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).</span></li><li><span>Performing basic preventative maintenance tasks on production equipment.</span></li><li><span>Using engineering drawings, schematics, diagrams, and manuals to understand, diagnose issues and repair production equipment.</span></li><li><span>To use hand tools, including drilling, measuring tools, taps, and presses.</span></li><li><span>Working with maintenance tracking software (CMMS).</span></li><li><span>To work as part of a team learning to support all areas of production. Willing to be flexible moving between production areas based on business need.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrating basic repair and hand tool knowledge, basic troubleshooting skills and basic mechanical and electrical skills.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>Who You Are:</strong></span></p><p><span>You are eager to learn new things and thrive on the challenge of new opportunities to increase your skills and provide professional service to your manufacturing floor customers.
