Overall, your goals will be to:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that existing players receive an exceptional experience</li>\n<li>Ensure that leagues run smoothly</li>\n<li>Facilitate operational tasks assigned by our head office team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Specifically, areas that you will be responsible for include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>The majority of your time will be spent in the evenings and some weekends executing leagues</li>\n<li>Retention of current players with exceptional customer service</li>\n<li>Sales of leagues/programs to individuals and captains, finding ways to fill empty space</li>\n<li>Developing improvements for current league play.</li>\n<li>Maintaining excellent relationships with current venues, and seeking new venues to enable growth</li>\n<li>Assisting with the activation of regional promotions <br></li>\n<li>Assisting and training league ambassadors carry out nightly duties <br></li>\n<li>Helping with discipline issues that may arise during game play</li>\n<li>Contributing to building our online community through interactions and contributions to our social media platforms</li>\n<li>Attending league games onsite to ensure everything is running smoothly</li>\n<li>Meeting with hired or prospective part-time staff</li>\n<li>Exploring new venues and facilities and collecting details about current venues</li>\n<li>Collecting and creating fun content for ASSC’s social media platforms (videos, action shots, player interactions etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">High Energy</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extremely upbeat and positive, with their own flair and personality!</li>\n<li>Hardworking attitude with a “go getter” personality. You are known for taking initiative</li>\n<li>You like capturing fun content around you (videos, pictures, conducting social media campaigns etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Details, Details, Details</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Taking care of the little details first makes putting on a big show easy!</li>\n<li>Must have incredible attention to detail, be a quick learner and an eye for creating and improving systems.</li>\n<li>You have a logical brain, with strong pattern recognition skills. You’ll need to have strong self-monitoring skills, strong public speaking skills and be able to clearly articulate.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of a wide variety of sports rules and formats is an asset!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quick On Your Feet</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Confidence in your ability to take control of a situation with a flair for being resourceful.</li>\n<li>Strengths in planning, decision making, and creative problem solving.</li>\n<li>You are a problem solver and enjoy coming up with creative solutions when needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have a valid full C driver’s license</li>\n<li>Must have access to your own vehicle, the expectation will be that we will require you to use your own vehicle to transport supplies and equipment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WORKING LOCATION</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training will take place at the JAM Sports Atlanta office or on-site at our venues.</li>\n<li>Additional training may take place remotely through online portals</li>\n<li>Once trained, the majority of your time will likely be spent on the go in the afternoons and evenings (most prominently Sunday- Thursday)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EXPECTED HOURS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approximately 12-20 hours per week in the field</li>\n<li>This includes weeknight work and weekends as most of our programs take place then.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">COMPENSATION</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>All our League Convenors earn $18 USD per hour to start. </li>\n<li>League Convenors have the opportunity to participate in all of our tournaments at no charge (please note: that to be eligible to play in a tournament for free you must have a regular shift in the current season).</li>\n<li>Part-Time Staff League Play Credit Program -  This program recognizes your commitment and rewards you with quarterly league credits once you hit key shift milestones that can be used towards JAM league play. \n<ul>\n<li>After 25 Shifts Completed - $100 credit</li>\n<li>After 50 Shifts Completed - $150 credit</li>\n<li>After 100 Shifts Completed - $200 credit</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">We have created a very clear hourly increase plan that showcases how you can achieve future hourly rate increases based on the number of shifts you have worked.
