You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient care.</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Associate&#39;s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Medical Technologist</li><li>Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by a recognized accrediting agency</li><li>Experience working in a clinical laboratory setting</li><li>Knowledge of laboratory safety and infection control procedures</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li id=\"isPasted\">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Performing laboratory tests and procedures, including but not limited to hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology</li><li>Analyzing and interpreting test results, and reporting findings to healthcare professionals</li><li>Maintaining accurate records of all tests performed and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements</li><li>Calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment and instruments</li><li>Participating in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><p>As a Medical Lab Technician, you will use your knowledge of laboratory procedures and techniques to perform a variety of tests and procedures, analyze and interpret results, and maintain accurate records. You will also use your attention to detail and precision to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results, and your ability to work independently and as part of a team to collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
