Description

GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Resident Manager in Bakersfield, CA, come join a dynamic property management team! In this role, you will lead and oversee a new construction lease-up community , beginning with 42 units in Phase I and expanding to 102 total units in Phase II . The ideal candidate will bring prior lease-up and multifamily experience, with a strong understanding of property operations, marketing, and occupancy growth. You will be responsible for driving leasing activity, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining the physical asset, and achieving the financial goals of ownership. This position also requires strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies while delivering an exceptional resident experience. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM , with weekends as needed. Flexibility is required, as the schedule may vary based on the needs of the community. The starting pay rate is $21.00-22.00 per hour , based on experience, and includes a two-bedroom apartment and benefits .
