    "description": "<h2></h2>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Enter all new business submission into the operating system for Clearance</li>\n <li>Verification of licensing and compliance requirements for accounts</li>\n <li>Follow up for information request with retailers</li>\n <li>Prepare specifications of coverage and pricing for an account to be marketed to a carrier</li>\n <li>Responsible for marketing to designated markets upon instructions of Broker</li>\n <li>Communications with customers primarily confined to account information request, declination and/or quote release and follow-up</li>\n <li>Compliance relative to account servicing based on company’s policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Take initiative to complete assignments independently</li>\n <li>Process and review accuracy of endorsements and audits</li>\n <li>Work on non-routine and more complex issues with assistance as needed</li>\n <li>Responsible for the handling of account invoicing</li>\n <li>Responsible for conducting quality control review on policies, endorsements and audits</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>\n <li>Insurance license preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong>Compensation Package:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Base Salary at $55k and performance bonus</li>\n <li>Flexible and hyrbid work options</li>\n <li>Employer paid professional development, including continuing insurance education courses, designations, certifications and licenses</li>\n <li>Access to Kaufman Institute, H.W.
