    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER, INCLUDING DISABILITY/VETS</span></strong></span></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Summary Description</span></strong></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The Commercial Portfolio Manager assists the Commercial Relationship Managers with the initial underwriting of credit opportunities and relationships, and assists in the ongoing administration of loan portfolios to ensure that the Bank maintains high credit quality and to provide more time for the Commercial Relationship Managers to generate new business and maintain existing client relationships.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Essential Functions</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Underwrites requests for credit extensions to new and existing clients</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Performs detailed financial analysis of credits as directed by the CRM</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Prepares loan requests for the CRM&rsquo;s presentation to appropriate approval authority, including loan modification requests, covenant waivers, annual reviews, etc.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Monitors assigned portfolios for:&nbsp;</li></ul><ul style=\"margin-left: 40px; list-style-type: circle;\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Required financial reporting</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Covenant compliance</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Borrowing base availability</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Payment delinquencies</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Overdrafts</li></ul><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ensures initial set-up of credit facilities on the Loan Vantage system and any other internal system(s) necessary for proper booking of the credit facilities on the Bank&rsquo;s systems</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ensures timely spreading of interim and annual client financial statements</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Accompanies CRM on prospect/client calls when appropriate</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Position Requirements</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Minimum 1 year of credit analysis and underwriting experience</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Completion of Bank&rsquo;s commercial credit training program</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Work is generally performed indoors in environmentally controlled conditions</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Typically the employee may sit to perform the work.
