    "description": "<h2>Summary</h2>\n<p>Job Title: Rough Electrical Crew Member</p>\n<p>Department: Rough Electric</p>\n<p>Reports to: Production Manager</p>\n<p>Location: Detroit Lakes, MN</p>\n<p>Staring wage 19.55/hr</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Summary </p>\n<p>Working with a team or individually, the Rough Electric Crew member installs and inspects various electrical components needed for home fixtures and electrical components. The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue; and effectively jumps, sprints or throws objects. The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination. The position requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs. The employee must have excellent stamina.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Position Type/Expected Hours of Work</p>\n<p>This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Evening work may be required as job duties demand.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Travel</p>\n<p>Travel is primarily not expected in this role.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Experience</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to read and understand schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, blueprints, floor plans and work orders for projects</li>\n <li>Proficient knowledge of electrical materials, industry standards and codes</li>\n <li>Strict attention to detail an order accuracy</li>\n <li>Ability to read and understand schematic diagrams, blueprints, floor plans and work orders for projects</li>\n <li>Ability to use both manual and power tools and know the proper use for each one</li>\n <li>Ability to perform physical work overhead for extended periods of time</li>\n <li>Ability to use mathematics and measuring devices to calculate length, width, height, depth, etc. </li>\n <li>Ability to follow written and spoken instruction</li>\n <li>Ability to lift to 80 pounds comfortably and consistently </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Education </p>\n<p>High school diploma or Equivalent required. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Additional Eligibility Qualifications</p>\n<p>Maintains a valid Driver’s License </p>\n<p>AAP/EEO Statement</p>\n<p>Dynamic Homes, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
