Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and professional HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Atlanta, GA. This is a fully in-office, front-facing role that plays a key part in supporting daily HR operations and serving as a primary point of contact for employees, candidates, and visitors. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and able to take initiative while maintaining a consistent and professional presence in a structured office environment. Work Environment & Expectations This is a fully onsite position. Employees are expected to report to work in person each scheduled day. This role requires consistent, on-time attendance, strong accountability, and a high level of professionalism in both appearance and communication. As a front-facing role, you will regularly interact with candidates, employees, and visitors and are expected to represent the company in a polished and professional manner at all times. Key Responsibilities Support daily HR operations including onboarding, employee records, and compliance documentation Assist with recruiting efforts including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination Serve as a professional and welcoming first point of contact for candidates, employees, and visitors Maintain accurate HR records and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards Manage data entry and maintain accuracy within HR systems and spreadsheets Coordinate training sessions and support employee development initiatives Assist with employee relations by addressing questions and escalating concerns as appropriate Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and organizational needs Communicate effectively across departments to support operations Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to assigned work schedule Uphold company standards for professionalism, appearance, and workplace conduct Proactively communicate any issues that may impact attendance, performance, or scheduling Qualifications Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, administrative support, or a similar role Experience working in an office environment with direct interaction with employees or customers Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable using systems, spreadsheets, and basic office tools Ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and work independently What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes ownership of their work, and shows up consistently. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and understands the importance of professionalism in a front-facing role. Candidates should be comfortable working in a structured, in-office environment and be able to manage responsibilities without constant supervision.
