          "text": "<p><strong>As an Maintenance Technician III, you will:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and perform engineering tasks including guest calls, preventive maintenance, repairs, and special projects, ensuring adherence to resort management directives and safety standards.</li><li>Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances; maintain pools, spas, and water features with proper chemical balancing.</li><li>Handle construction and maintenance projects such as drywall, flooring, tiling, and carpentry; safely operate tools and equipment including lifts, ladders, and PPE.</li><li>Use resort operations software (e.g., HotSOS), read blueprints and technical manuals, and participate in procurement and inventory to ensure work readiness.</li><li>Communicate professionally across teams and with guests to identify needs and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.</li><li>Uphold safety protocols, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with CFI/Westgate policies and procedures; perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.</li></ul><p>To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
