      "content": "<div>\n<p><strong>Financial Planning &amp; Analysis</strong></p>\n\n<li>Own and manage the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the UFT platform</li>\n<li>Build and maintain dynamic, multi-entity financial models to support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and business decisions</li>\n<li>Deliver insightful monthly variance analysis with clear narratives connecting financial performance to operational drivers</li>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Consolidation &amp; Systems</strong></p>\n\n<li>Serve as a primary power user and administrator of Vena, UFT's consolidation and planning platform</li>\n<li>Design, build, and continuously improve Vena templates, workflows, and automated Power BI dashboards tracking bookings, shipments, backlog, and margin across 20+ entities</li>\n<li>Identify and implement enhancements to streamline the close cycle and multi-entity reporting cadence</li>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Data Analytics &amp; Business Intelligence</strong></p>\n\n<li>Extract, manipulate, and synthesize large datasets from multiple sources to surface actionable insights</li>\n<li>Translate operational data — GP bookings, sales rep productivity, synergy capture, buy/resell mix — into compelling narratives for decision-makers</li>\n<li>Partner with regional and TD leadership to develop KPI frameworks and performance dashboards</li>\n<li>Leverage and build out an AI toolkit to enhance deliverables and workflows throughout the firm</li>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Executive &amp; PE Partner Reporting</strong></p>\n\n<li>Prepare and present high-quality materials to the CEO, CFO, Board of Directors, and Berkshire Partners</li>\n<li>Support recurring PE reporting cycles and ad hoc requests; own post-acquisition financial integration reporting and synergy tracking</li>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Process Innovation &amp; Technology</strong></p>\n\n<li>Proactively identify opportunities to automate workflows and introduce AI-powered tools into the finance function</li>\n<li>Stay current on emerging technologies and champion adoption where it creates leverage</li>\n<li>Contribute to cross-functional finance transformation initiatives as UFT scales toward its next phase of growth</li>\n\n</div>"

      "text": "Required Experience:",
      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>2–4 years in investment banking or private equity, followed by progressive corporate finance or FP&amp;A experience at a PE-backed company (5–8 years total preferred)</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience building and presenting board-level and PE investor materials</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with Vena or a comparable EPM/consolidation platform (Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Planful, or similar)</li>\n<li>Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; strong working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools</li>\n<li>Comfort working across large, complex datasets and distilling them into clear strategic insights</li>\n<li>Experience in a multi-entity environment — consolidations, intercompany eliminations, entity-level reporting</li>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field</li>\n\n</div>"
