As a Fully Insured Benefit Eligibility Coordinator, you’re the day-to-day point of contact clients and brokers count on, and the person who keeps enrollment records accurate across carriers, associations, and the life of each client. When eligibility data is clean, members get care without friction, carriers trust our work, and clients stick with us. When it’s off, real people feel it — which is why this role carries weight far beyond the keyboard. Your accuracy and follow-through directly shape the experience members have and the confidence clients place in Personify Health.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is an On-Site role with options to work in the following office.</p>\n<p>Tempe, AZ must be available 6am-4pm PST</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You’ll Actually Do</h2>\n<p><strong>Own eligibility records for the life of every client:</strong> Enter and maintain enrollment data across multiple carriers and associations, keeping system records accurate from onboarding through termination.</p>\n<p><strong>Serve as the front line for clients and brokers:</strong> Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day eligibility requests — new hire enrollments, plan and benefit changes, dependent additions, and member terminations.</p>\n<p><strong>Apply complex carrier, group, and legislative guidelines:</strong> Process every transaction against rules that vary widely across this line of business, so each member is enrolled correctly and in compliance.</p>\n<p><strong>Resolve discrepancies before they become problems:</strong> Investigate issues flagged by clients or vendors and reconcile records so eligibility data stays accurate and aligned everywhere it lives.</p>\n<p><strong>Validate and report on enrollment data:</strong> Use reporting tools to analyze, evaluate, and confirm eligibility, catching errors that could disrupt coverage or billing before they reach a member.</p>\n<p><strong>Support carrier audits:</strong> Pull and verify the data carriers need during audit requests, protecting data integrity and the trust clients place in us.</p>\n<p><strong>Partner with internal teams:</strong> Research and respond to eligibility inquiries from Account Management, Member Services, and Finance so the whole organization works from one source of truth.</p>\n<p><strong>Coordinate across stakeholders daily:</strong> Work directly with group contacts, brokers, carriers, and members to keep eligibility processing moving without delays.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h2>What You Bring to Our Team</h2>\n<p><strong>Education & Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED)</li>\n <li>1+ year of customer service experience</li>\n <li>Background in benefits, insurance, or healthcare eligibility a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel</li>\n <li>Experience with reporting and data tools used to analyze and validate records</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of eligibility, enrollment, or benefits administration processes</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>The Highlights:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive base salary and benefits effective day one</li>\n <li>Comprehensive medical and dental through our own health solutions (yes, we use what we build)</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off—rest and recharge time is non-negotiable</li>\n <li>Mental health support, retirement planning, and financial protection</li>\n <li>Professional development with clear career progression and learning budgets</li>\n <li>Mission-driven culture where diverse perspectives drive real impact on people's health</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Want the full picture? </strong>Visit personifyhealthbenefits.com to explore our complete benefits package, wellness programs, and other employee perks.</p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> This position offers a base salary range of $19.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on location, skills, and experience.
