    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "Job Description \n<p></p>\n<p>Leads and oversees all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.</p>\n<p>Job Responsibility</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>1.Supervise and coordinate daily construction operations on site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, blueprints, and quality standards.<br>\n  2.Develop and implement project schedules, monitor progress, and report on deviations or potential delays.<br>\n  3.Manage and allocate on-site resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and efficiency.<br>\n  4.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, progress, and compliance with project documents.<br>\n  5.Anticipate and identify potential project issues or risks, developing and implementing proactive solutions.<br>\n  6.Champion a strong safety culture on site, enforcing all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices.<br>\n  7.Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions immediately.<br>\n  8.Ensure all personnel adhere to proper PPE requirements and safe operating procedures for equipment and tasks.<br>\n  9.Investigate and document all incidents, accidents, or near-misses, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.<br>\n  10.Performs related duties as required.
