font-weight: bold\">Role and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Always represent Kraun with professionalism and consistently demonstrate SPARK values</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Install wiring, conduits, raceways, cables, light fixtures, switches, receptacles, smoke detectors, brackets, boxes and other electrical components</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Install &amp; energize equipment related to power distribution, such as panels, circuits, transformers, relays, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Install/connect mechanical systems, fire alarms, nurse calls, emergency lighting and generators, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Install according to project documentation such as specifications, contracts and written scopes of work</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts for new or existing installations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Test continuity of circuits to ensure safety and correct installation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Adhere to safety protocols, guidelines and best practices to minimize and eliminate the risk of accidents and ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of tools and equipment, ensuring Company-provided tools are organized and stored securely to maximize efficiency and minimize loss/theft.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor material quantities and order through appropriate channels</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supervise &amp; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Education Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">309-A Electrician (Construction &amp; Maintenance) License in Good Standing with Skilled Trades Ontario</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ontario G License in Good Standing - must provide a clean 3-year Drivers' Abstract</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must pass a background screening, which includes reference checks and the provision of a clean criminal reference check </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
