Our clubs are searching for experienced Fitness Professionals already certified in an array of related fields including Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Medicine, Yoga, Pilates, Personal Training, and/or Massage Therapy. Equinox’s Stretch + Mobility Training Program ensures that clients receive a hyper-customized stretching session.&#xa0;</p><p>Stretch Business Management&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Build and maintain an active client base&#xa0;</li><li>Manage and maintain an accurate schedule, inclusive of client appointments, meetings, and open availability within our internal scheduling systems&#xa0;</li><li>Market and sell stretch series to members and clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions and Stretch Events.&#xa0;</li><li>Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products&#xa0;</li></ul><p>Service and Hospitality&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Execute intake, outtake and assisted stretches 30/60 min as well as 15/25 min complimentary services for members&#xa0;</li><li>Interact with members to enhance their recovery and overall club experience&#xa0;</li><li>Create and offer personalized programs / series&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Maintain an organized, clean and safe stretch area during shifts and sessions&#xa0;</li></ul><p>Professional Development&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Attend and pass mandatory pre-work training&#xa0;</li><li>Continuing Education classes to elevate knowledge and qualify for promotions&#xa0;</li><li>Attend and participate in any required one-on-one or team meetings with management&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</li></ul>",
