We are seeking a hard-working, yet down to earth, Campus Operations Director to help lead and manage all things facilities and safety.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Summary</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Campus Operations Director will provide oversight and leadership for all aspects of our 67 acre campus. This role partners closely with leadership and ministry teams to ensure that every Southall Church environment is resourced from both a safety and facilities standpoint. They will help ensure that the campus is ready as we continue to grow and prepare for future multi-campus expansion.</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead and oversee all campus facilities, safety, and building operations for Southall Church.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Recruit, develop, and shepherd volunteers and facilities team members, helping create a culture where people feel valued, equipped, and cared for.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work closely with the Executive Pastor to resource and support the ministries of Southall Church.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversee and coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects across all church facilities and environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure quality work and timely project completion.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop and lead teams responsible for facility maintenance, event setup, campus readiness, and special projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversee all current and future construction, renovation, and campus improvement initiatives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure all church environments are clean, safe, functional, and ministry-ready throughout the week.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage building access, security systems, and facility scheduling in coordination with staff and ministry teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Steward and manage the campus facilities budget with wisdom, organization, and accountability.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Other duties as needed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrated mature Christian character and personal commitment to Jesus Christ.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong work ethic with the ability to take initiative and follow through on responsibilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Skilled in facility maintenance, repairs, and building operations.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently when needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Love the local church and believe that organization of discipleship is Kingdom work.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SCHEDULE: </span>Sunday - Thursday   </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">HOURS:</span> 40 <em>(must be available for special events, church meetings, etc)</em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">COMPENSATION:</span> TBD </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">STAFF LEVEL:</span> Director: reports to the Executive Pastor</span><br></p>",
