    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div><div><div><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Summary/Objective:</u></strong></p><p>The Food Service Representative (FSR) is responsible for maintaining guest service, generating sales, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, and loss prevention in adherence to all company policy/store standards within a store&rsquo;s food service department.</p><p><strong><u>Essential Functions:</u></strong></p><p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><ol><li><strong><u>Mission Statement</u></strong>: knowledge of and use of mission statement and core values.</li><li><strong><u>Guest Focus</u></strong>: &nbsp;Maintain an average score of at least 90% on Quest-for-the-Best mystery shops and respond promptly and professionally to any guest feedback. &nbsp;Give appropriate participation in any promotional activities. &nbsp;Use of guest name when recognized or when they use check or credit card.</li><li><strong><u>Product Knowledge</u></strong>: Maintain an awareness of all product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisements.</li><li><strong><u>Work Ethic</u></strong>: Provide support in maintaining company appearance standards through completion of daily and weekly tasks including cleaning.</li><li><strong><u>Cash Controls:</u></strong> Maintain execution and control over cash handling processes within daily tolerance for cash over/shortages, bad checks, and gas thefts if working a cash register.</li><li><strong><u>Product Quality:</u></strong> Maintain all Food Service guidelines to produce quality products.</li><li><strong><u>Merchandising:</u></strong> Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.</li><li><strong><u>Replenishment:&nbsp;</u></strong>Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock; ensure re-wraps are done promptly.</li><li><strong><u>Policies and Procedures:</u></strong> Adhere to all company policies, procedures and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.</li><li><strong><u>Sales:</u></strong> Encourage guests to purchase promotional items, and upsell where appropriate.</li><li><strong><u>Safety:&nbsp;</u></strong>Ensure you are practicing good safety skills, cleaning up any liquids that may be on the ground, using proper lifting techniques, reporting safety incidents &ndash; whether for yourself or a guest to a manager immediately.</li></ol><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>Competencies:</u></strong></p><ol><li>Customer focused</li><li>Communication Proficiency</li><li>Organizational skills</li><li>Ethical conduct</li></ol><p><strong><u>Supervisory responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>There are no supervisory responsibilities with this position.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Work Environment:</u></strong></p><p>This job operates in a retail and food service environment with merchandise displays and items available for purchase in inventory.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Physical Demands</u></strong><u>:</u></p><p>The Physical Demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.</p><p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. &nbsp;This position is very active and requires standing for long periods, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. &nbsp;The employee must frequently lift and/or move items up to and over 50 pounds including but not limited to fryer baskets, dishes, trash bags, product, etc. &nbsp;Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.</p><p><strong><u>Position type/Hours of work:</u></strong></p><p>This position will work day, evenings, and overnights depending on availability, and scheduling.</p><p><strong><u>Travel:</u></strong></p><p>No travel required for this position.</p><p><strong><u>Required Education and Experience:</u></strong></p><p>No Education or experience required.</p><p><strong><u>Disclaimer:</u></strong></p><p>Nothing in this job description restricts management&rsquo;s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time.
