Our mission is to provide superior service to our clients, delivering exceptional work, putting safety first and creating opportunities for our people. If you are highly motivated, a team player with integrity and quality work ethic we want you. We offer an excellent compensation program with $150K-200K FIRST YEAR potential. Continued training with advancement opportunities available. Sales Representative Responsibilities: 1. Represent Covenant Roofing with pride and professionalism. 2. You must be able to climb a roof to physically inspect and assess any damage to the roof. 3. Determine and present the best options for the homeowner to serve their roofing needs. 4. Write and review contracts. 5. Input all aspects of the sales process into the company CRM program. 6. Effectively communicate with customers, management, office staff and field personnel regarding all aspects of the sales process. Sales Representative Qualifications: 1. At least 2 years of sales/closing experience required. Roofing experience is not required. 2. Must be able to physically climb a ladder unassisted 3. Must have basic technological skills to operate an Ipad 4. Must be eligible to become a notary 5. Work flexible hours to meet with homeowners 6. Excellent communication skills 7. Must be well organized to keep track of daily appointments and leads in order to be punctual to all appointments. 8. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test 9. Must be able able to lift 50lbs overhead without assistance 10. Must be able to walk a sloped roof unassisted without issue What We Provide our Sales Representatives: 1. Company provided leads. All leads have been contacted and prescreened before you receive them. 2. A fully wrapped company truck and gas card after introductory period 3. 2 weeks paid training to equip you to run your own leads and close the deal. 4. Highly competitive commissions. 5.
