Join us in making a real difference in the health of our community.</em></p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>Essen Health Care is seeking a Patient Coordinator – Women’s Health to join our Call Center team. This role is responsible for managing inbound/outbound patient communications, scheduling appointments, and supporting care coordination for women’s health services.
