These are full-time, onsite positions requiring an active <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility</span>.</p>\n<p>Selected candidates will design, develop, deploy, and sustain secure, scalable Java-based enterprise applications supporting national security missions within a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DevSecOps-driven environment</span>. This role is ideal for developers with strong expertise in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Java enterprise application development</span>, modern front-end frameworks, API integration, and secure software delivery within classified DoD environments.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Location</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This position is an on-site job with the work location in Suitland, MD. This position does not allow for remote or hybrid work.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p>The Full Stack Java Developer will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle of mission applications, with a primary focus on <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Java-based back-end development</span> integrated with modern front-end technologies and enterprise databases. Responsibilities include designing secure application architectures, developing RESTful services and APIs, building responsive user interfaces, integrating with mission systems, and supporting deployment pipelines in secure environments.</p>\n<p>This position emphasizes <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Java full stack development</span>, secure coding, CI/CD automation, and compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements. Developers will work closely with system engineers, cybersecurity teams, database administrators, and mission stakeholders to deliver resilient, high-performing solutions that support critical intelligence operations.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack enterprise applications with a primary focus on <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Java/J2EE development</span></li>\n<li>Develop robust back-end services using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Java</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Spring Boot</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Spring Framework</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hibernate/JPA</span>, and RESTful API architectures</li>\n<li>Build and enhance front-end interfaces using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JavaScript</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">TypeScript</span>, and modern frameworks such as <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Angular</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">React</span>, or similar technologies</li>\n<li>Develop and optimize relational database solutions using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Oracle</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PostgreSQL</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">MySQL</span>, and SQL query tuning</li>\n<li>Design and implement microservices-based architectures and secure API integrations across enterprise platforms</li>\n<li>Support DevSecOps pipelines including automated builds, testing, code quality validation, vulnerability scanning, and deployments</li>\n<li>Implement secure coding practices aligned with DoD cybersecurity policies, RMF requirements, and vulnerability remediation processes</li>\n<li>Integrate applications with cloud services, enterprise platforms, and mission-critical intelligence data sources</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot application defects, performance bottlenecks, and production issues across front-end and back-end systems</li>\n<li>Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, code reviews, backlog refinement, and release planning</li>\n<li>Produce and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, API documentation, deployment guides, and configuration management artifacts</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Top Secret clearance</span> with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SCI eligibility</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DoD IAT Level II certification</span> or higher (e.g., Security+ CE, CASP+, or equivalent)</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Computer Science</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Software Engineering</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Information Systems</span>, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)</li>\n<li>Minimum <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3 years of experience</span> in full stack software development with strong emphasis on <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Java application development</span></li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in:\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Java</span>, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Framework</li>\n<li>RESTful web services and API development</li>\n<li>Front-end development using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JavaScript</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">TypeScript</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Angular</span>, or <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">React</span></li>\n<li>SQL development using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Oracle</span>, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar
