The job location for this role will be based out of Timmins, Ontario.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Job Responsibilities:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Lead construction, installation, dismantle, repair, and renovation projects from estimation through to client acceptance.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Frequent travel throughout Northern Ontario region and Northern Quebec region as the business and project needs demand.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Travel to various manufacturing facilities to inspect products for quality and accuracy throughout Ontario and Quebec.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Ability to understand and interpret blueprints, site plans, and engineered drawings.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Travel throughout Northern Ontario to help facilitate, initiate and perform service calls as required.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Assist with performing and dispatching service calls; triage appropriately and manage associated costs.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Ensure vendor compliance in ComplyWorks from a safety and quality perspective.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Coordinate transportation &amp; logistics of equipment, materials and site work as required for any projects.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Manage contracts, subcontractors, and ensure timely execution of project deliverables.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Inspire and mentor teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and performance excellence.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Ensure internal and external parties are compliant with all relevant ATCO HSE policies and procedures, ensuring effective documentation and review in SiteDocs.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Ensure customer HSE policies and procedures are upheld and adhered to on project sites and as required. Ensure ATCO HSE and QC policies and procedures are adhered to and always upheld.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Coordinate with manufacturing teams to align production timelines with project schedules.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Monitor and create budgets, schedules, and work-in-progress reports to ensure project efficiency.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Oversee change management processes and ensure proper documentation of scope changes.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Maintain organized project files and ensure compliance with document control procedures.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Communicate effectively with internal and external parties as required to ensure project and business operation success.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Support contract administration and contribute to continuous improvement across ATCO branches.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Ensure all work complies with ATCO’s safety standards, OH&amp;S regulations, and quality expectations.&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Job Qualifications:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Minimum of 8 years of experience working on mid-size construction projects combined with a post-secondary education in construction management, engineering technology or architectural fields.</span></p></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">3-7 years of progressive experience in construction project management.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Experience managing contracts (small, mid and large size)</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Familiarity with contract negotiations, estimating, and financial planning.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Demonstrate strong leadership, building rapport and negotiation skills.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Strong written and oral communication skills with customer service mindset.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Ability to build project schedules and manage a project budget.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, ProCore, and Aconex.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Comfortable travelling to remote project sites.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Bilingual English/French is an asset.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Who we Are:</span></p><p><span lang=\"EN-US\">ATCO Structures is a worldwide leader in modular design, manufacturing, and construction.
