Kihei - 605 Lipoa Parkway, Kihei, Hawai'i Status: Full-Time or Part-Time Pay Rate: $14.75/hour + tips (dependent on shift & sales) Tips : $10.00-$15.00 average hourly tip rate (dependent on shift & sales) - paid weekly via Branch ™ ! Summary of Job Responsibilities: Oversee the retail store, keep merchandise stocked, and help guests with retail purchases Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and manage the waitlist Ensure compliance with MBCR's Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and local liquor laws Support the FOH team with various tasks. Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines Summary of Qualifications: You have some experience in customer service preferred You are personable, get along great with others and know how to be a team player You have weekend availability (Friday - Sunday) Benefits and Perks: Medical insurance when working 20+ hours per week - 1.5% of gross income.
