This position is hybrid, although the majority of the work can be done remotely. &nbsp;This position does work onsite for quarterly or semi-annual meetings.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Be part of something remarkable</strong></p><p>J<strong>oin the #1 hospital in Wisconsin!</strong></p><p><strong>We are seeking a Sr. HRIS Business Systems Analyst to:</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with HR functions and cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements and translate business needs into tactical system solutions, implementation plans, and prioritized initiatives.</li><li>Demonstrate strong knowledge of HR systems, database relationships, data flow, integrations, and downstream dependencies</li><li>Leverage Oracle’s HCM Cloud to support workforce needs through automation, streamlining manual processes, and enhanced data accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.</li><li>Enhance user experience through hands-on work with Oracle HCM Redwood, Visual Builder Studio, and configuration tools.</li><li>Lead evaluation, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM quarterly releases, ensuring new functionality is assessed, communicated, and adopted effectively.</li><li>Utilize emerging AI capabilities within HR technology platforms to improve efficiency, decision support, and employee experience.</li><li>Apply best practices in HR digital transformation to drive adoption, engagement, and innovative problem solving.</li><li>Provide end user support for HRIS systems and serve as a trusted resource for issue resolution, system questions, and employee experience.</li><li>Assist stakeholders with data analysis, data validation, reporting support, and data extracts.</li><li>Drive change from an end-user perspective, using sound judgment and data analysis to recommend process improvements.</li><li>Preferred experience with SaaS cloud platforms such as Oracle, Workday, or SAP.</li><li>Preferred experience writing SQL queries.</li></ul><p><strong>At UW Health, you will have:</strong></p><ul><li>An excellent benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, two-week paid parental leave, and adoption assistance.&nbsp;</li><li>Options for a variety of schedules and shifts that offer flexibility and allow for work-life balance</li><li>Access to great resources through the UW Health Employee Wellbeing Department that supports your emotional, financial, and physical well-being</li><li>Tuition benefits eligibility - UW Health invests in your professional growth by helping pay for coursework associated with career advancement</li><li>The opportunity to earn a referral bonus for referring friends, former colleagues, or others to apply for open, posted positions</li></ul><div style=\"background-color: transparent; border-color: transparent; border-style: none; border-width: 1px; color: black; font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 10pt; margin: 0px; text-align: left;\">&nbsp;</div><p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree Four (4) years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
