This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in the nonprofit sector.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role will require hybrid attendance in one of our AmTrust office locations.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Strategic Leadership:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the Nonprofit Division in alignment with the overall corporate objectives.</li>\n <li>Provide insightful leadership to the division, guiding the team towards achieving financial targets and sustainable growth.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Financial Performance:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Take ownership of the division’s financial performance, with a focus on achieving and exceeding top and bottom-line results.</li>\n <li>Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve financial outcomes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Product Development:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the development and enhancement of insurance products tailored for the nonprofit sector.</li>\n <li>Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to ensure the division’s product offerings remain competitive and relevant.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Agency Relationships:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners to drive business development and retention efforts.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with agencies to understand market needs and tailor solutions that meeting the unique requirements of nonprofit organizations.</li>\n <li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Team Leadership:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.</li>\n <li>Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities for team members.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure that all divisional activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements and mitigate compliance risks.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven track record of successfully managing top and bottom-lines results in a leadership capacity.</li>\n <li>Extensive experience in commercial underwriting, ideally nonprofit/human services accounts</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of product development, underwriting principles, and insurance market dynamics.</li>\n <li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.</li>\n <li>Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>The expected salary range for this role is $131K-$185K/year.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Please note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only.
