We are committed to supporting your success in both your professional and personal lives.</p>\n<h2>Position Overview</h2>\n<p>QinetiQ US is seeking a  Senior Security Administrator to support a Department of War client in Chantilly, VA.  The highly-motivated candidate will be providing leadership and guidance through knowledge, experience, and their ability to effectively provide cradle to grave security administrative support in support of Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) organization. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>The Security Administrators primary function is to provide multi-discipline security support for one or more of the client’s Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Special Access Program (SAP), and/or collateral programs.</li>\n <li>Provide daily multi-discipline analysis for SCI, SAP, and collateral activities.</li>\n <li>Maintain and document personnel security accesses, to include databases for all collateral, SAP and SCI personnel and conduct indoctrination and debriefings as required. </li>\n <li>Perform entry, exit, visitor processing and escorting for day-to-day operations.</li>\n <li>Review personnel security packages and when required, draft, and initiate staffing of waiver request documentation to appropriate security authorities.</li>\n <li>Assist with development and implementation of a Security Education and Training Awareness program and develop security education bulletins, directives, security plans, procedures and controls as required to ensure Government-wise awareness of SAP and SCI protection requirements. </li>\n <li>Support and execute personnel security functions associated with the SAP Nomination Process (SAP NP)</li>\n <li>Staff, manage, and execute the Government's centralized classified document registry. </li>\n <li>Provide daily administrative support as required or as directed by the Director and Deputy Director of Security</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree is required (or 4 additional years of experience)</li>\n <li>Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility  #qinetiqclearedjob </li>\n <li>5 total years of experience, 3 years of related experience is required</li>\n <li>Must have strong written and verbal communications skills and be willing to actively communicate with co-workers, program leadership, and clients, which may involve delivering presentations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience supporting RDT&E organizations </li>\n <li>Previous experience within the Security career field </li>\n <li>CDSE Courses, SAP 101 </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company EEO Statement</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Accessibility/Accommodation:</strong></p>\n<p>If because of a medical condition or disability you need a reasonable accommodation for any part of the employment process, please send an e-mail to [email protected] or call (540) 658-2720 Opt. 1 and let us know the nature of your request and contact information.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>QinetiQ US is an Equal Opportunity employer.
