You will work with manufacturing leaders, process owners, and technical teams to deliver solutions that drive efficiency, visibility, and agility in production environments.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Alongside project work, you will contribute to <span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">productizing</span></span> our solution offerings by creating playbooks, templates, and reusable assets that make implementations faster, more consistent, and easier to adopt.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and support the implementation of manufacturing software solutions, including Siemens Opcenter, Insights Hub, Factory Thread, and related platforms.</li>\n<li>Work directly with manufacturing stakeholders to analyze business needs, identify challenges, and translate them into scalable software solutions.</li>\n<li>Configure and support integration of software to improve production planning, scheduling, execution, and quality management.</li>\n<li>Wear multiple hats, contributing to both <span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">technical problem-solving</span></span> and <span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">business process consulting</span></span>, depending on project needs.</li>\n<li>Facilitate an <span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">agile deployment approach</span></span>, using iterative releases, feedback loops, and continuous improvement.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with development, integration, and business teams to ensure interoperability with ERP, MRP, QMS, and other manufacturing IT systems.</li>\n<li>Provide customer training and change management support to drive successful software adoption.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Productization &amp;
