It is an expectation they adhere to the policies outlined in Hall’s HSE and are an active participant in site organization and safety.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #2b333a\">Core Responsibilities: </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drives production of the crew</li>\n<li>Ability to mentor/train labourers &amp; pipelayers</li>\n<li>Direct machinery</li>\n<li>Can read drawings</li>\n<li>Identify soil types</li>\n<li>Understands correct amount of gravel placement around pipe prior to backfill</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #2b333a\"><br>You have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills: <br><br></span></span><em><span style=\"color: #2b333a\">Qualifications</span></em><span style=\"color: #2b333a\">:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Years of experience: Minimum 2</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Education: High School or Equivalent</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Considered an asset: </span></span>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ground Disturbance Lv. 2</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Confined Space</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Fall Protection</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">First Aid</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Physical fitness for high-intensity tasks.</span></span>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lift up to 50lbs </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This role includes tasks requiring respiratory protection.
