      "content": "<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>This position will be required to be within 30 mins of a physical Wachter office.</strong></span></li>\n<li>Must have at least 7+ years in field installation experience</li>\n<li>Must have 3+ years of continuous Estimating experience</li>\n<li>Nicet Level II or Higher preferred</li>\n<li>High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).</li>\n<li>Experience required in Physical Security or Alarm field installation environments.</li>\n<li>Ability to function effectively as a member of a team.</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n<li>High level of attention to detail required.</li>\n<li>Proficient with using smartphones and computers, including email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office programs. &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Excel Skills are a plus.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to follow instructions and focused attention to detail.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>The position is remote with some travel to Lowell, AR for meetings or a local office as required by customers.</li>\n"

      "content": "<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div>\n\n<li>Prepare estimates for commercial security/alarm projects.</li>\n<li>Evaluation of bid documents.</li>\n<li>Perform accurate takeoffs.</li>\n<li>Prepare Bid Sheets and questions.</li>\n<li>Write professional proposals.</li>\n<li>Interact with project managers to gather relevant information in order to provide firm bids for prospective jobs.</li>\n<li>Maintain current, accurate information on prices from suppliers and contractors through direct contact and written materials, sales brochures, price lists, etc.</li>\n<li>Maintain the company’s high standard of quality and professionalism with regard to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior, and appearance.</li>\n<li>Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.</li>\n\n</div>"
