This position plays a crucial role in maximizing customer satisfaction while minimizing cost and delivery delays.</span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></p>\n\n<ol>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers&nbsp; by provide exemplary customer service through consistent communication and follow-up </span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Provide operational support and service to our internal sales team through proactive order management.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Collaborate with various internal departments to help evaluate the following components of an export transaction:</span>\n\t<ol>\n\t\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Evaluate risk management and seek internal approvals when applicable</span></li>\n\t\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Evaluate credit lines and track customer receivables</span></li>\n\t\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Review and approve vendor and supplier invoices</span></li>\n\t\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Understand and monitor export documentation timelines</span></li>\n\t\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Monitor IFPs logistics position to ensure export efficiency and resource allocation&nbsp; </span></li>\n\t</ol>\n\t</li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Budget all associated expenses and reviewing with&nbsp; the internal sales team to confirm order profitability</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Using our in-house trade software, convert customer orders into formatted purchase and sales orders to be sent to applicable third-party business partners</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Monitor production dates and develop shipment plans to meet customer delivery dates</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Monitor and coordinate inventory movement held across various global locations to ensure minimal aging &amp;
