Here, your expertise, talent, and commitment don’t just contribute—they make a lasting impact.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>THE OPPORTUNITY</strong></p><p>Piedmont Driving Club is seeking a People Operations Generalist an integral part of running the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department with a focus on orchestrating a seamless team member experience through the full employee life cycle. This position is responsible for fostering a positive work environment by managing employee concerns, promoting engagement, assisting with navigating conflicts by partnering with the Director, facilitating onboarding and orientation sessions, supporting the professional development needs of PDC and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role is critical in resolving conflicts by collaborating closely with management.
