If you have over 5 years of hands-on experience in Refrigeration, HVAC, and maintenance services, we want you to bring your skills to our expanding operations. You will play a key role in installing, maintaining, repairing, and optimizing refrigeration and HVAC systems across multiple store locations. This position involves performing periodic maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing rack refrigeration systems, as well as HVAC equipment. In addition to these core technical duties, you will be tasked with ordering refrigerant and tracking its usage. Alongside routine repairs and maintenance duties, you will evaluate proposals and work orders via the ServiceChannel platform, offering informed recommendations on pricing and ordering necessary parts. Work with hand tools, digital tools, and other specialized equipment to complete repair tasks. Maintain accurate records of work completed, including detailed descriptions of services rendered, parts replaced, time spent on each task, refrigerant logging and tracking, and ordering of refrigerant for locations. Collaborate with the team and providers to address any equipment failures and ensure quick resolution of issues. Respond to repair requests as needed to minimize disruptions to store operations. Strong understanding of supermarket rack refrigeration systems, refrigeration cases, frozen cases, standalone systems, HVAC units, and related equipment including CO2 systems. 3. Experience working with and programming Emerson controllers. 4. Experience working with HVAC systems and components with a strong understanding of Trane equipment. 5. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Must be willing to travel to various sites within the Denver Metro area and possibly out of state. 9. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. 10. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. 11. Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling required. 12.
