It’s also about how we support one another and how we show up for our community.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Together, we keep getting better - advancing our mission to transform healthcare and serve as a leader of positive change.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The E S Aide I performs a variety of cleaning tasks in order to maintain a clean environment for patients, clients and visitors.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>A day in the life of a Environmental Service Aide at Hackensack Meridian <em>Health </em>includes:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains all floors surfaces. </li>\n <li>Performs repetitive cleaning operations throughout the work day under specific instructions with little need for individual judgment in working out job problems. </li>\n <li>Works with frequent contact with water and cleaning solutions. </li>\n <li>Moves furniture as required. </li>\n <li>Replaces shower curtains as needed. </li>\n <li>Collects soiled linen and disposes of same linen in laundry chute. </li>\n <li>Adheres to the standards identified in the Medical Center's Organizational Competencies.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: </p>\n<ul>\n <li> Ability to follow instructions. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you feel that the above description speaks directly to your strengths and capabilities, then please apply today!</p>\n<h2>Starting Minimum Rate</h2>Minimum rate of $18.48 Hourly\n<h2>Job Posting Disclosure</h2>HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members.
