The Interpreter will provide in-person or remote interpretation for medical encounters, translate documents and assist with scheduling.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong><u>Work Experience Requirements:</u></strong></span></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Accurately interpret between patients, providers and staff during patient check in/out, triage, and exams, ensuring no information is added or omitted.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Act as liaison to ensure, understanding and trust between patients and healthcare teams.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Assist with written translation of medical records.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Translate medical documents, such as discharge instructions, patient education materials and consent forms.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Assist with scheduling appointments, explaining medical procedures and communicating follow-up care instructions.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Perform clerical duties as needed, such as phone calls and data entry.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Perform other duties as required.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong><u>Education/Experience Requirements:</u></strong></span></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 12.3px;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Must have High School Diploma</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Operate a computer preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Collections or cashier experience preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Must read and speak Spanish/English fluently.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">BLS (American Heart Association)</li></ul></div></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>WHO WE ARE?</strong> DRCHC exist to provide quality, accessible, affordable and comprehensive health care services to all.
