GF must schedule the crew with the Project Manager and/or Senior GF/Superintendent. On smaller projects with only a designated supervisor, they will assume all the duties of a Project Supervisor. 1. Bi-Lingual is a plus. • All other duties as assigned Qualifications Requirements • Must have a valid Electrical Journeyman license in the state of TX • Minimum (2) years Foreman (ground up), or• Minimum (2) years Foreman (continued service), or• OSHA 30• Current CPR & First Aid Cert• Completed the most recent revision of the NFPA 70E Training• Recommendation• Experience – Has 6 years or more of previous electrical experience (commercial/industrial) Physical Demands Physical Requirements • Needs to be able to move freely and comfortably in various positions, including bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and working overhead or in confined spaces.• Lifting and carrying: The ability to lift and carry materials and tools weighing up to 60 pounds.• Repetitive actions: Maintaining a standing position for long periods while performing repetitive actions such as grasping or manipulating wires.• Must be able to perform their job duties effectively and safely with the ability to be able to identify and voice Hazards, so that the corrections and precautionary measures can be made to avoid poor ergonomics, or any type of incidents. • Must have the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English, cooperate, and collaborate with multiple levels of employees and other professionals.
