We provide physicians in the worker's compensation, auto insurance, and personal injury markets with a more effective drug-free alternative; which helps their patients live a better life and improves the efficiency and success of physician offices with more satisfied patients.</p><p><br></p><p>When you join H-Wave, you become part of a tight-knit team dedicated to helping people live better lives while also supporting physicians in delivering top-tier care.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Job</strong></p><ul><li>Ensuring exceptional customer service is given to each patient during in person consultations</li><li>Support the Sales Consultant in the field with the completion of forms and/or paperwork as a result of consultations and device orders</li><li>Collaborate with the Sales Consultant to meet monthly sales and conversion quotas, focusing on in-person demonstrations</li><li>Initiate contact, schedule home unit instruction and follow up at 72 hours on all referrals for H-Wave home units assigned by Corporate, the RSD or the Sales Consultant</li><li>Confirm appointments and conduct consultations in the field to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction</li><li>Work independently in the field following directions and established processes, while effectively managing your assigned territory</li><li>Maintain a thorough understanding of the company policies, processes, and software to support efficient field sales operations</li><li>Model a culture reflective of our core company values during interactions with clients, patients, health care providers and co-workers both in the office and in the field</li></ul><p><strong>The Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Base Salary + Commission</li><li>Mileage Reimbursement</li><li>Matching 401(k) (6%)</li><li>Health, life, vision and dental insurance</li><li>Company Issued iPhone and laptop</li></ul>",
