Description Summary: The Admissions Liaison role encompasses recruiting new families, on-boarding new families, and mitigating attrition with the following objectives: Foster awareness and consideration among parents for their school(s). Drive recruitment and facilitate enrollment of new families in their school(s). On-board new families for the start of school. Mitigate attrition with a focus on first year families. This enrollment focused position requires the Admission Liaison to allocate their time between the school and the local community. The Admission Liaison will be based in the school and leads the development of a marketing strategy to engage the local community through activities including community events, school tours, on-site school events, managing school social media presence, and conducting parent outreach. Further, they will lead on-boarding activity development aimed at converting registered families to enrolled and programs to retain enrolled families. The Admission Liaison will utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software, population mapping tools, and other data sources to document activities, guide strategic planning, and make informed decisions and track impact on KPIs. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute school specific marketing strategies to promote school awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition to ensure enrollment success. Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Provide regular reports and updates on enrollment activities, results, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to key stakeholders and management. Cultivate strong relationships with community partners, online and offline parent groups, and other key stakeholders in the local area to establish connections with parents and generate awareness. Represent assigned school(s) at prominent community events, recruitment fairs, and other outreach initiatives to foster awareness and align parents with National Heritage Academies (NHA) educational preferences for their children. Provide expert guidance and support to families by fostering strong relationships with parents and community partners. Extend invitations to prospective families to attend school-based events. Act as main point of contact for project-related communications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support lead generation efforts and execute marketing initiatives aimed at attracting and onboarding new families. Utilize and oversee CRM, Marketo, and social media platforms to develop and execute strategic plans while capturing and analyzing activity data. Collaborate with school leadership and staff to plan and participate in recruitment, onboarding, and retention activities. Capitalize internal pipeline of current families to recruit siblings and generate word-of-mouth advertising. Implement monthly strategies including phone calls, text messages, tours, events, and other engagement opportunities to keep new families engaged, and informed, thereby minimizing erosion and attrition. Create loyalty (retention) for the school with first year families. Utilize social media to highlight student life and school activities. Lead regular attrition events (principal meetings, parking lot touches, etc.). Integrate with parent organization groups/committees where schools have them. Lead student ambassador programs where applicable. Qualifications: Core Competencies Must possess a customer-centric mindset and be driven to attract and retain new families. Experience in planning events and managing all elements of project completion. Approach is innovative and results driven. Proficient in building strong relationships and effectively communicating with diverse audiences. Confident and skilled in analyzing and reporting data specifically in utilizing CRM, Microsoft Excel, and other necessary platforms. Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, a solution-oriented mindset, and exceptional ability to work independently. Possess a strong aptitude for successful sales closure. Adaptable and thrives in ambiguous situations, managing uncertainty effectively. with a high sense of urgency, possess critical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills, particularly when faced with disruptions. Successfully plan and manage annual budgets with efficiency and precision. Proficient in utilizing social media platforms such as Facebook, X, and Instagram. Additional Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or other customer management software. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferred.
