From <strong>day one, </strong>you will have access to:</p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Affordable medical, dental, and vision plans for both full-time and part-time employees and their families.</li>\n  <li>Generous paid time off that accrues over time.</li>\n  <li>Opportunities for tuition reimbursement and continuous education.</li>\n  <li>Company-matching 401(k) and employee stock purchase plans.</li>\n  <li>Flexible spending and health savings accounts.</li>\n  <li>A vibrant community of individuals passionate about the work they do!</li>\n </ul>\n <p><strong>Be the Patient Assessment Standard Coordinator you always wanted to be</strong></p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Assure accurate data extraction from clinical documentation.</li>\n  <li>Coordinate timely submission of data for Medicare patients.</li>\n  <li>Educate and support staff on proper and accurate documentation.</li>\n  <li>Act as the primary resource for problem-solving regarding Quality Indicator coding and IRF-PAI completion.</li>\n  <li>Work to improve process of QI coding and all other data collection specific to IRF-PAI.</li>\n  <li>Ensure IRF-PAI data is entered and transmitted accurately.</li>\n  <li>Ensure IRF-PAI data is transmitted to CMS/UDS within time frames specified for admission/discharge.</li>\n  <li>Review, interpret and collect data on each patient in preparation for completion of the IRF-PAI.</li>\n  <li>Collaborate with team on identification of potential comorbidities or accurate CMG/RIC categories.</li>\n  <li>Ensure all discharged patient records contain the required elements.</li>\n  <li>Complete chart audit to allow for timely UDS export and CMS transmission.</li>\n </ul>\n <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n <ul>\n  <li>License or Certification: \n   <ul>\n    <li>Licensed or certified clinician in healthcare (RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP, Recreational Therapist, Respiratory Therapist, case manager/social worker)</li>\n    <li>QI Credentialed</li>\n    <li>Obtain UDS IRF PPS Certification after 2 years in the PASC role and before the 3rd-year anniversary.</li>\n   </ul></li>\n  <li>Minimum Qualifications: \n   <ul>\n    <li>Ability to perform assessments.</li>\n    <li>1 year of healthcare experience.</li>\n   </ul></li>\n  <li>Attend all EHC IRF-PAI trainings.</li>\n  <li>Preferred: Experience in rehab or post-acute care, proficient teaching, and communication skills</li>\n  <li>Effective oral and written communication skills</li>\n  <li>Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities</li>\n  <li>Detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines independently</li>\n  <li>Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in patient assessments.<br>\n    &nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>",
