    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><table border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" width=\"100%\" data-pasted=\"true\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\"><table border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" width=\"100%\" data-pasted=\"true\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong>General Summary</strong></p><p>We are currently seeking a GIS Intern to work with the Property Owners Association in updating and creating GIS data</p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong>Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Basic principles of GIS database development, qualitative/quantitative analysis, and mapping</li><li>Compile, manipulate, and refine geographic data from a variety of sources</li><li>Perform regular quality control checks of spatial and non-spatial datasets to ensure data integrity</li><li>Collaborate with team members on project tasks related to GIS, database design and management, and data visualization</li><li>Customize GIS workflow and software programs for data collection</li><li>Assist in collecting and maintaining project documentation.</li></ul></td></tr></tbody></table><p><strong>Qualifications: &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Actively enrolled in an accredited Geographic Information Systems, Geography, or related, Undergraduate program with an anticipated graduation date of December 2025 or later.</li><li>Demonstrated interest in Geographic Information Systems, or related field, and have a strong desire to advance skills related to WSP&rsquo;s work and projects.</li><li>Experience using ESRI ArcGIS and ArcGIS PRO software.</li><li>Proficiency using Microsoft Office, mastering Excel.</li><li>Competent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others, expressing ideas effectively and professionally to an engineering and non-engineering audience.</li><li>Basic proficiency with technical writing, office automation, software, spreadsheets, technology, and tools.</li></ul></td></tr></tbody></table></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
