    "description_html": "<p>***Active TS Required***</p><p>Red Arch Solutions is a proven and effective small business integrator and consultant, recognized as a leading provider of IT development to the Federal Government, and primarily focused within the Intelligence Community. </p><p>Red Arch Solutions is looking for a business analyst to support our client. The scope of this contract relates to maturing and maintaining an IT managed service model, evolving an intelligence organization and its data to a hyperconverged cloud environment, improving the organizational collaboration technology, delivering a more agile operational architecture to the warfighter using commercial technology. </p><p>As a <strong>Sr. Business Analyst </strong>, you’ll support Agile teams to help gather requirements, ensure delivery meets required needs, and ensure work will be accepted without any major issues.</p><p>If you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!</p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform requirements analysis and documentation activities such as: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process observation; Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications; Create comprehensive documentation including user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements; and Maintain requirements traceability throughout project lifecycles</li><li>Conduct Process Analysis and Improvement Activities such as: Conduct gap analysis between current state and desired future state; Develop process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures; etc.</li><li>Engage in Stakeholder Management Activities such as: Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and other key stakeholders, etc.</li><li>Perform Systems Analysis & Testing activities such as: Analyze system functionality and performance to ensure alignment with business requirements</li><li>Conduct Data Analysis & Reporting Activities such as: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making</li></ul><p><strong>What you’ll need to succeed:</strong></p><ul><li>7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Agile software development programs, preferably within DoD or IC environments</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree</li><li><strong>TS Active Clearance</strong></li><li>Proven experience translating mission and business needs into epics, features, and well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria in an Agile environment</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and experience facilitating discussions to elicit requirements with business users</li><li>Hands-on experience using JIRA, Confluence, and/or GitHub to manage backlogs, document requirements, and maintain traceability</li><li>Strong ability to collaborate with product owners, engineers, and Scrum teams, supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release activities</li><li>Experience performing gap analyses and workflow analysis to define current vs. future state system capabilities</li><li>Experience supporting user acceptance testing, system testing and validation, ensuring delivered functionality aligns with documented requirements</li></ul>Salary range for this position 140,000-150,000 #CJ<p><strong><em>The Red Arch Solutions pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
