CMG’s product is our people, and we believe in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that enables the CMG team to grow upon its successes and make new discoveries.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>With active operations in North America and Europe on a variety of projects ranging from early-stage greenfield through to resource definition drill programs and development activities, CMG is looking to add to its team of Project Geologists for the 2026 field season.  </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>What you can expect by joining the CMG team:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Competitive wage/salary/bonus structure commensurate to experience</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Comprehensive benefits plan</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Opportunities for growth and mentorship from CMG’s established geological team.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Continuous professional development</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Inclusive, collaborative and team-oriented work environment </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Opportunity to work on a variety of projects spanning the mineral exploration life cycle and commodities including precious and base metals, battery metals and industrial minerals</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>The Project Geologist’s main responsibilities will include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Field program design </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Health and safety program implementation</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Training and supervision of project personnel</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Drill rig management</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Logistics coordination </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Interpretation of geological data</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Construct and maintain digital project work spaces</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Evaluating field results and QAQC monitoring</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Report writing</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Accurately tracking project expenditures</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ensuring CMG and client operational standards are adhered to</span><br><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>The ideal candidate will have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Professional registration as a Geoscientist in Canada or be eligible to work towards designation as a Professional Geoscientist</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Geology or Earth Sciences (or equivalent)</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Practical and professional experience executing field programs</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Strong interpersonal, communication and time-management skills</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Robust 3D geological, GIS and database skills</span><br></li>\n<li><br><span>Demonstrated experience of effectively leading people and teams</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Availability to work rotations up to 28 days in length at remote project sites</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Valid BC Class 5 (or equivalent) driver’s license</span></li>\n</ul>",
