Required</li><li>Master's Degree in relevant subject area. Preferred</li></ul><p><strong><u>Work Experience</u></strong></p><ul><li>3 years Experience in violence prevention, de-escalation, crisis management, or a related field within a healthcare setting. Required</li><li>Experience in training program development and facilitation, preferably in workplace violence prevention, conflict resolution, or de-escalation techniques.
