That’s what enables us to develop products that matter — for our customers and for the world.<br>The company has offices in Bulgaria, USA, UK, and Australia, and our teammates are the ones helping us stay at the top of our market niche.<br>If you live and breathe technology as well, come and join us! <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the role:</span><br>OfficeRnD is looking for a motivated Junior Analytics Data Engineer who is eager to grow their skills and build a strong foundation in modern data engineering and analytics.<br>In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced teammates to support and develop our analytics infrastructure, helping ensure data is reliable, accessible, and actionable across the business.<br>You’ll have the opportunity to learn and contribute across the full analytics workflow — from transforming raw data into structured models to supporting reporting and business insights.<br>Our data stack<br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>dbt</li>\n<li>Snowflake</li>\n<li>Fivetran</li>\n<li>Looker</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain data models in dbt with guidance from senior team members</li>\n<li>Help structure and transform data into analytics-ready datasets</li>\n<li>Support and monitor data pipelines and warehouse performance</li>\n<li>Assist with maintaining and improving our data infrastructure</li>\n<li>Support Looker dashboards and reporting needs</li>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to help deliver data-driven insights</li>\n<li>Investigate and troubleshoot data quality and consistency issues</li>\n<li>Learn and apply best practices in analytics engineering and data modeling</li>\n<li>Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you bring:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 years of experience in a data-related role</li>\n<li>Good knowledge of SQL</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience or strong interest in working with dbt</li>\n<li>Familiarity with or eagerness to learn Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse technologies.</li>\n<li>Understanding of basic data modeling concepts</li>\n<li>Curiosity and willingness to learn modern data engineering practices</li>\n<li>Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail</li>\n<li>Good communication skills in English</li>\n<li>Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to have</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with Git workflows</li>\n<li>Exposure to BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau</li>\n<li>Experience with ELT tools such as Fivetran<br></li>\n<li>Interest in SaaS or product analytics</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer in return:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Premium health insurance incl. dental</li>\n<li>25 days off a year</li>\n<li>1 additional day off for your birthday</li>\n<li>3 days off for volunteering</li>\n<li>Full remuneration of your first 3 days of sick leave</li>\n<li>A combination of remote and on-site work (minimum 40% monthly on-site presence)</li>\n<li>Co-funded sports card to support your active lifestyle</li>\n<li>Learning and development opportunities</li>\n<li>Parking access or public transport pass to support your commute</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we’d love to hear from you.
